Where do we ship to?
Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Within Spain we ship to the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands.
For logistical reasons, shipments will not be made to Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint Martin, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna Islands), British Overseas Territories (Anguilla, Cayman Islands, South Georgia Islands and South Sandwich Islands), Malvinas Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan of Acuna), Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), Gibraltar, Dutch Overseas Countries and Territories (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Eustatius and Sint Maarten), Åland, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Campione d'Italia, Heligoland, Livigno, and Monte Athos.

How long will it take for the shipment to arrive?
Spain: for any point of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, 7 working days except in cases of force majeure.
For any of the points in The Canary Islands and Europe indicated, 10 working days except in cases of force majeure.
The day the purchase is made does not count in the calculation of the reported traffic.
The transit times for the delivery of the orders can be extended due to the Covid-19.
Raider Canarias S.L.U. will not be responsible for import taxes or local expenses incurred in destinations with specific customs procedures.
Return of articles
The items offered in our stores are endorsed by Grendene. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return it (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on Retail Trade as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19, 1996).
The product must be returned the same as it was delivered, i.e. unused. The costs of sending the return to our warehouse are only covered in the case of factory defect or error in shipping by us. They are not covered in the event of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, adjustment, etc.) or choice of an incorrect size when placing the order, cases in which the customer must assume. The amount of the return ONLY INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE GOODS. Shipping costs generated, either from our warehouse to the customer, if any, and return by the customer to our warehouse, WILL NOT BE REIMBURSABLE.
To make such a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, unbroken and in perfect condition. No payment will be made for any item that is not received under these conditions. If you receive defective merchandise and are able to manage its incidence, please send us photographs where the defect is noticeable to our email: email@example.com.
It is advisable to make your return using a certified or similar shipping system, so that, in the event of an incident, you can have the traceability of the returned shipment. We are not responsible for the services contracted by customers to make such returns.
