Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Within Spain we ship to the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands.

The items offered in our stores are endorsed by Grendene. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return it (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on Retail Trade as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19, 1996).
The product must be returned the same as it was delivered, i.e. unused. The costs of sending the return to our warehouse are only covered in the case of factory defect or error in shipping by us. They are not covered in the event of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, adjustment, etc.) or choice of an incorrect size when placing the order, cases in which the customer must assume. The amount of the return ONLY INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE GOODS. Shipping costs generated, either from our warehouse to the customer, if any, and return by the customer to our warehouse, WILL NOT BE REIMBURSABLE.
To make such a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, unbroken and in perfect condition. No payment will be made for any item that is not received under these conditions. If you receive defective merchandise and are able to manage its incidence, please send us photographs where the defect is noticeable to our email email@example.com.
